Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie

Bravo is partner of the World Pastry Cup 2009!

The official World Pastry Cup partners meeting took place in Lyon (fRnace) on July 28th : the organization committee presented the event to the partners, together with the Bocuse D’Or Prize. Both  awards will be assigned during the Sirha fair that will take place in Lyon 24th-28th January 2009.

During this special meeting,  attended by our Bravo France branch manager, the organizing committee presented some important and interesting news both about the fair and the prizes, about  the space that will be especially dedicated to the competition and the selection methods too.

There will be many teams coming from 22 different countries: some of them have gained the first places in the following preselecion competitions:

- the Asian Pastry Cup, that took place during Food & Hotel Asia 2008 (Singapore, 24th April 2008)

- the Copa Maya, that will be assigned during  the Salon Abastur, Mexico City

- the Open de France de Dessert, that took place in Paris  last 30th March

Every working position will be supplyed with a Trittico® Executive, that will be used by the oparticipants to realize all their wonderful masterpieces.
There will moreover be a special place, exclusively dedicated to our Bravo Trittico® Club, inside the Espace des Chefs, where our guests will enjoy and taste a special prewiew of all novelties and suggestion that will be presented during next Bravo Trittico® Club events worldwide.

We already started preparations: meet us at Sirha!
